..this would have been the cheapest way, and would still have allowed
arrests and trial etc of Saddam and crew "on technicalities" after

..no, no and no, he was denied a lawful trial under Article 90 of
Protocol Additional I of the 4 Geneva Conventions, he was denied 
a lawful death sentence and he did in no way deserve the martyr 
status Sissy Boy George gave him by murdering him instead of 
going by the book and hang him in full compliance to Law.
