No my system doesn't have that and I looked through 
the /var/cache/apt/archives and that version isn't there either. I did an 
apt-get update/upgrade this morning and came up empty. 
But I have this version installed:-
Maintainer: Debian Qt/KDE Maintainers <debian-qt-kde@lists.debian.org>
Architecture: all
Version: 4:3.5.3-1
Depends: kdelibs4c2a (>= 4:3.5.3-1), kdelibs-data (>= 4:3.5.3-1)

Maybe others only have this version installed.
