The key bit is to know what your mailserver's 'Received' line looks
like, and provide an appropriate regex for $MY_SMTP_SERVER.

You'll also want to augment the $IGNORE_FILE with any domains you
*never* want to report spam to.  Mailing list domains would be good.
Most of the lists I'm on are already there ;-)
