Install and use apt-listbugs. You'd have been notified that mkisofs is
utterly broken before upgrading mkisofs (unless you tried to upgrade right
after the mirror pulse, and nobody had reported the bug yet, of course).
If you're using sid, act accordingly. Or do yourself a big favour and stay
with etch.
