Debian sarge installer kernel panic

When I try to install debian sarge on a pentium II 266 with 384 megs of
ram I get the following kernel panic message. I thought that some of
the pci / isa cards might be a problem so I took all of them out except
for the graphics card, but I still get the same error. I can't even
boot the installer!! Maybe someone is familiar with this problem and
can help me out.

Thanks
