didn't we have this almost identical post ( problem ) 1-2 hrs ago ...
for a usb hd ... instead of a usb-stick :-)
where the "device name" was unknown to the original poster
- you as this new poster, will have to provide more info again ..
if /dev/sda1 doesnt work and/or if "-t vfat" doesn't work
- this is sorta entertaining isn't it ?? since we don't have that problem
to fix for ourself per se
- and to make things more fun ... use a script to make a bootable-usb
or bootable-compactFlash or bootable-cd with the same initrd
and same rootfs ... or use the same script to make a bootable
floppy without using busybox.. :-)
