Search the archives, this has been discussed before. Long story
short: Because *nobody* will join the debian-user-beginner lists who
actually has any knowledge, since it would invariably be populated by
people who either fail to ask a smart question[1] and don't want to
put any effort on their part to solve it themselves.

Major faux pas. I know it's a rude shock, but this public forum
doesn't exist for your sole, private benefit. If you want a private
tutor, hire one[2]. Don't tell us that you need this because you
"don't get this list", either: That's what the mailing list archives
are for.
