chrony and "official ustime" disagree

Hi list!

I run Sarge with chrony.

Chrony says that the rtc time is correct.

But when I run:
http://www.time.gov/timezone.cgi?Central/d/-6/java

I see that the time is 10 minutes off.

Is there a way to find out who is right?
