Oops, i've missed it's a Radeon Mobility, anyway if the module
"intel_agp" is loaded every time (as it should be) probably something
is broken, maybe a bug in the module itself or the card need some
initialization (i'm far from an expert, but the fact the card it's a
Mobility make me think that's not correctly supported). Try to look in
the Debian X dev mailing list, or in the kernel one if the problem
persist.
