Apache un-able to understand.

Hello All,
when i write http://127.0.0.1 no apache test page display
but the daemon is running as following.

ps ax |grep  apache

3857 pts/2    S      0:00 /usr/sbin/apache
 3966 pts/2    S      0:00 /usr/sbin/apache
 3967 pts/2    S      0:00 /usr/sbin/apache
 3968 pts/2    S      0:00 /usr/sbin/apache
 3969 pts/2    S      0:00 /usr/sbin/apache
 3970 pts/2    S      0:00 /usr/sbin/apache
 3995 pts/2    S+     0:00 grep apache
