Sarge RC1 Compaq/HP ProLiant DL380 G3, Compaq Smart Array 5i Shutdown gets to: Sending all processes the TERM signal... And stalls - Power button is the only way to restart the server I saw an almost identical issues posted by Martin Schneider, and a couple of posters sugested installing apmd - I have done this, but the issue persists.
