Hello to all list readers, I have been running old style legacy /dev/ system for a while and i recently installed udev. After having read the udev documentation i realised that my system shouldnt have 1600 files in /dev, i am wondering how i can safely remove all files in /dev which dont correspond to devices that actually exist.
