Also note that even properly created Maildirs whose names begin with a .
don't automatically show up in Squirrelmail. You will need to click the
"Folders" link at the top of the window and follow the procedure to
'subscribe' to that folder. It should show up in a list of folders
available to be subscribed to on the right side of the page, once you go
to the Folders link.
