I can't read encrypted email with kmail

Encrypted message (decryption not possible)
Reason: Crypto plug-in "openpgp" could not decrypt the data.
Error: Decryption failed

What is the current address for the unofficial aegyptian debs?
I had http://ma2geo.mathematik.uni-karlsruhe.de/public-debian binary/
But it sadly is no more...

Googling on my error tells me that the OpenPGP stuff breaks on 
libgcrypt-1.1.11 but requires 1.1.10 which I am loath to reinstall
due to dependency problems
