How about automatic equation numbering like this?
Sample
x = 3 (4)
and
y = 14 (5)
I want little numbers at the end of the line, with auto-increment
please. I do NOT want some horrible "Equation 4" caption under the
equation.
I do a lot of maths and find word to be rather inadequate and very
awkward.
