Hello Gary!

Besides alsa-driver, you also need alsa-lib, alsa-tools and
alsa-utils in order to make your on-board soundcard work. You can
get them at <http://www.alsa-project.org>.

If you don't have the kernel headers installed yet, better do a
`apt-get install kernel-headers`. And be sure to RTFM. Good luck!
