In general:  Wiki.  There are numerous implementations, 'apt-cache
search wiki | wc -l' shows 23 related Debian packages, including several
Wiki engines.  I use and like TWiki myself.
 
Sharepoint's pretty much 100% unadulterated crap.  Served cold.
