Boot it up and try looking at the KDE Info Center.  All the info you can get 
through more direct means, but presented in a nice way.  I'm actually more of 
a command line 20 xterms running at once  guy, but I have to admit I like 
this thing quite a lot.  Knoppix has it.  It'll tell you exactly what's in 
the box.
