Re: 2.6 and nvidia
I'm running debian sid 2.6.5-1-686 with Nvidia
GeForce4 MX 440.
I'm not using the driver from NVidia web site, since
I'm too lazy to search for it...;-)
What I did is :
- apt-get install nvidia-kernel-common
- apt-get install nvidia-kernel-source
and I've got my kernel source installed too.
My XF86Config using nv as driver.
And that's enough for me to have a nice smooth display
on my gnome....
