I don't think you gave us enough information to help you. What
operating system are you using? I.E. Windows, Linux or what? What is
an "Album"? What software? What format? What application? You assume
that we all live in your country so you give your phone number. What
country do you live in (I assume in the USA given the format)?
I highly encourage you to NOT EVER list your phone number blindly in a
list like this. Thousands subscribe. You do not know who they are, but
now they all have your phone number. If you need personal contact, send
it to ONE e-mail address of someone who vollentiers to help you via
e-mail to you, even that might be questionable.
Write back and tell us what operating system you are using. If it is
NOT Debian, especialy if it is NOT Linux, find another mailing list for
the operating system. This is not becuse we are uncaring, it is becuse
we would not likely be experts in some other operation system. Tell us
somthing about what an album is.
