I recommend Millenium, a vegan restaurant in downtown
San Francisco (580 Geary St.). I am by no means a
vegetarian, and I found Millenium to be delicious and
satisfying. I can't say what the price ranges are, as
I was being treated, but I can say that the food was
excellant.
Because there is no meat used, the food has an exotic
feel to it. To get a full taste of the place I
suggest that everyone order something completely
different and then share their plates. The building
is rather Victorian-high ceilings, a balcony, hanging
chandeliers, the service was quite good, as was the
wine list.
