I think Debian's default bind configuration does it and nothing else.

All DJB software considered harmful.  Poor software design and
gratuitously insane configs (Hmm, all libraries, binaries and configs
go in /var/qmail instead of spaced out, and what would normally go in
/etc/aliases get spread out over a bajillion files all named
/var/qmail/aliases/.qmail-* ... I'm not sure what DJB is smoking is
legal even in Canada).  Retarded licensing adds insult to injury.
