frozen Exim message

Hi, what does one do with something like the following
frozen message (using Exim):

	20d   13K 1BE46H-000069-00 <> *** frozen ***
		  yhoon80@yahoo.co.kr

I can force delivery but it remains frozen because "yhoon80" is not a
known user at yahoo.co.kr and apparently the return address is
undeliverable as well, I assume.
