Unsubscribe info missing from digests [was: Re: Unsubscribing (Was: Re: debian-user-digest Digest V2004 #1086)]

??? I thought it did... <checks> ...ah, it was at the top of every
digest up until November 24 last year. After that date, it's not there
anymore. Perhaps this should be remedied?
