I found what's causing my problems. It's hotplug. When I do not start 
the hotplug service the characters on my console stay white :-) and also 
 many of the messages of of Already loaded modules dissapear.

My system works now, but I guess it would be better to have hotplug 
running so it can detect usb devices and stuff, wouldn't it?
