Use fetchmail to bring it to you.

That's the thing, though: procmail gives you more flexibility, not
less.  This is a feature, not a bug.  Why you want to limit choice is
beyond me, since any mail client benefits from pre-fetching and
pre-sorting.

Actually, it's not.  Just make some hooks to check what email address
it was sent to and set your From (and optionally pgp key) to something
more appropriate for that "identity."  Mutt is pretty flexible, which
is why it's one of the most popular MUA's on the list.
