That screenshot of courier looks an awful lot like my own courier new
setup.  I just double-checked; mutt threading renders just fine in
putty, with courier new.  I'm running screen; dunno if that affects it.

Speaking of which, does anyone know how I can get some form of linux
terminal to look the most like putty?  /duck
