I think maybe a single new list should be created - debian-user-unstable, or maybe just debian-unstable, for... well unstable people ;)

debian-user should still exist and be used by all woody and older stable releases (potato, etc). Anyone asking questions that are either mixed or testing/unstable systems should probably get pointed to the new list.

Of course, these are my opinions.
