Got it!!! Files are stored in the directory noted above, and in
/usr/share/moin. I followed the instructions here:
http://twistedmatrix.com/users/jh.twistd/moin/moin.cgi/HelpOnInstalling_2fApacheOnUnix
making sure to substitute in for my environment. The moinmoin wiki is
working! Slow (my messing around PC is old and moldy) - but working! Now to
think of an actual subject or something or other.
