Try this on one of the boxes that has nslookup:

$ dpkg -S nslookup
dnsutils: /usr/share/man/man1/nslookup.1.gz
dnsutils: /usr/bin/nslookup

Alternativelly, go to packages.debian.org, and search packages
containing a certain file:

http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?word=nslookup&searchmode=searchfiles&case=insensitive&version=testing&arch=i386

(at the bottom of the page)

Hope this helps,

Jaume
