Do you have ECN enabled in your kernel? You can check this by doing
"cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_ecn"... if so, it will display "1". In this
case, try disabling it ("echo 0 >/proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_ecn") and see
if the problem persists.
