sendmail, no domain

Hi,

I have a PC that doesn't belong to any domain. All outgoing mails are
handled by a SMTP server. I modified {MTAHost} in the default submit.cf
to point to the SMTP server. All works fine, except
1. The "sleeping" (see below) that takes up lot of time
2. "Return-path" set to user@host. I'd like it to be the same as "From:"
3. The "Received" header that is added, which I'd like to eliminate.

How do I specify these in submit.mc ?

(sendmail is invoked by mutt with -oem -oi, whatever that means...)
