You're right.  In one paragraph, I called the City of Portland's only
transit line (TriMet is a regional system that happens to extensively
cover Portland and remain consistantly as crowded as the Manhattan
subways, Portland has only the Portland Streetcar) as the Portland
Screechcar.  Footnote 3 was in reference to this.
