By default, yes.  You can also manually run messages through the
learner by piping the message through spamassassin -k and spamassassin
- -r to mark as ham or spam respectively.  Don't worry about stripping
out stuff SA adds to the message, it'll strip that out before sending
the appropriate details to cloudmark and razor and before learning it.
