No, but it's worth the extra flexability. If you're on a dailup, you
can enable offline mode for extra bandwidth savings on a
dial-on-demand connection. Also, check out the adzapper package.
It's *really* handy and effective for saying no to broken revenue
models (if I have to pay into distribution of your advertising, your
revenue model is broken).
