pcmcia-cs vs. pcmcia-source

I am compiling my kernel and pcmcia modules from source.

Do I need both pcmcia-cs and pcmcia-source.  Or will the tools and gizmos
that come with pcmcia-cs get built when I compile the pcmcia-source
package.
