Yes, it is possible to do a network install. If you have a CD burner
and good net access I also recommend looking at
http://www.debian.org/CD/netinst/
I personally have never used the 7 CD Woody set, I just use the
LordSutch.com ISO image followed by a net install. Always works for
me. The CD is about 200 Mb and installs a working base system that you
can then update in the normal ways, like over a network. (I believe
you even buy the CD at http://www.lordsutch.com/cds with proceeds
going to Debian, but I've never done that).
