Hello Eric,
Thank you for contacting Intel(R) Technical Support.
Please download the latest LAN drivers for Linux* at the following URL:
http://support.intel.com/support/go/linux/e100.htm
These drivers are known to build properly on 2.2.x kernels through 2.2.20 and on 2.4.x kernels through 2.4.18. For the VE Adapter please use 2.4.x kernel.
For Building and Installation procedures, please be sure to read the accompanying <Readme> file, at the following link:
ftp://aiedownload.intel.com/df-support/2896/ENG/e100.txt
If the problem persists, please reply back with more detailed information regarding your inquiry.
Please do not hesitate to contact us again if you need further assistance.
Sincerely yours,
Fernando S.
