apt-get update then apt-get upgrade, remaining a lots package not install

Dear advance linux user:

 under choice of source as test, I type apt-get update

then apt-get upgrade, but the result is unoptismistic, it remaining have a lots of packages can not be install although no error

like to see any tech hints or opinion
