Sounds like shellutils and textutils could stand to have their package
priorities reduced now that they're empty. File a bug if you like.

Which kernel source package? I would hope that recent ones would depend
on coreutils now. If the kernel package in question is much newer than
the date when fileutils became an empty package, then that's another bug
you can file if you like.
