Personally, I'm running winplan and echoview32 with wine ... but that's just
because I haven't really had time to test other options.

Planets Command Center II is under development, and as based on the SDL
library, so it should run natively on linux as well.  More info at

The origianal Planets Command Center at
http://www.inf.tu-dresden.de/~sr21/pcc.html
should work with dosemu.

The Java clients are just too slow on my ageing P166.  Wine is slow too, but
at least it's familiar.  :-)
