Yeap, this is basically what I was referring to, sorry if my mail was a
little bit misleading, it was a long evening ;)

Well, I guess that leaves me with the decision whether or not to upgrade
to Sid and Gnome2 ... but perhaps I am just too paranoic about the word
'unstable'.
