Syslog configuration (was: What's this? (pppd conf))

For these I have read that the system klogd posibly is printing the
messages on the active screen. How can stop it?

These messages don't get more because was a missconfiguration at the file
/etc/ppp/options.ttyXX. I omitted to put the hostname to be referenced and
was pointing to other machine in the local network. Too Bad 8(.
