First, thanks for all replies that I have received.
I, BTW, do not have a network link at home. Therefore,
I use CDROMs plus getting the missing packages from office.
Well, missing a package means 24 hours delay :-(, and 
even more delay at the weekend.

Ah, thank you very much for those excellent examples.
Is it possible to make that example directory more visible,
i.e. to add  a link from the CONTENTS page? BTW, is it possible 
to add a lilo.conf example plus hints on how to be sure that 
initrd is OK (is there a lilolint tool?)?
