yupyup, and the licence of the latest JDK's is extremely scary, so i
don't think it will ever find its way even into non-free.... basicly you
open completely your machine to Sun and to whoever Sun allows to do
also.... 

yeah yeah, i know...  all for my best... and i am a paranoid if i
could think that they could use that access otherwise as for
absolutely necessary upgrades....

thus i continue sticking at JDK 1.3 which had a closed but still more or
less bearable licence....
