Neither of these are provided with the mozilla package for woody (or
sarge, or sid for that matter).  For flash, install the "flashplugin"
package.  For Java, you will need to install a JRE (there are several to
choose from).  If you use the JRE from Sun, you can simply create a
symlink from the JRE's "plugin/i386/ns600/libjavaplugin_oji140.so" to 
/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/.

Most likely the realplayer plugin did not put it's plugin in the above
directory.
