AFAIK, that patch isn't being maintained anymore upstream. There are some
alternatives you may want to consider: 
	cryptoapi (http://www.kerneli.org/cryptoapi/, ITP #111173)
	loop-aes (http://www.sf.net/projects/loop-aes, ITP #111167)
	PPDD (http://linux01.gwdg.de/~alatham/ppdd.html, no ITP AFAIK)
