dselect update problem -- 404 file not found

Hi List

I get the following messages when doing apt-get update (and dselect update, 
too). What is this:

My /etc/apt/sources.list looks like that:

deb http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US unstable/non-US main contrib 
 non-free 

deb-src http://ftp.debian.org/pub/debian unstable main contrib non-free
deb http://ftp.debian.org/pub/debian unstable main contrib non-free
___

The same errors occur when I have ftp.de.debian.org or ftp.fr.debian.org 
instead of ftp.debian.org (normally I have .de. because I live in Germany)

Any ideas?
