Setting up Sound ?

I have a 
02:0b.1 Input device controller: Creative Labs SB Live! (rev 07)

And I'd like to have some sound on the workstation :-)
Seems the install didn't have any setup for sound so I need to 
to this manually.

No IRQ conflicts so how do I get a /dev/dsp ?
