As far as I know there are two (soon to be three) listmasters, and as
far as I know none of them are subscribed to this list. At least I
haven't noticed any posts from any of them here. So no, we can't.

You might like to post *full* headers of a sample message. That may help
to track down how the mail is getting to you. I'm not sure how to do
that in Outlook Express, but someone else here may.
